· Powerbags and Medicine Balls - Under used, under estimated and incredibly versatile.
· TRX Suspension Training - The TRX Suspension System in used by a growing number of personal trainers, the system uses your body weight as resistance. The system was pioneered by the Navy Seals and is now widely used for military training. Jo is our TRX expert, having used them for years.
· Boxing with Pads and Gloves - A brilliant workout for improving your core strength, co-ordination and balance and one hell of a way of banishing all that pent up aggression, We've found this is one for the ladies, us girls love getting the gloves on!
